Valkyria Chronicles II Announced
PSP

SEGA has announced a sequel to one of the best-received (but poorest selling) RPGs in recent memory, Valkyria Chronicles. This time, Valkyria Chronicles II will be a PSP exclusive, with the engine from the PS3 game being adapted - quite extensively, one imagines - for the handheld.
“Valkyria Chronicles received widespread critical acclaim when it launched on PS3 last year,” said Gary Knight, European Marketing Director, SEGA Europe Ltd. “It has quickly become one of our most respected franchises, so we’re delighted to be able to continue the saga on the PSP. We hope that fans of the series will enjoy the freedom of experiencing Valkyria wherever they are and that a new audience will be able to discover the universe on their PSPs.”
