Wii Runs Dry
Wii

After the initial shipment of Wii consoles, it looks like stocks of the console have all but dried up in most parts of Australia -- with most stores now having no systems in stock. Reports have many gamers trying store after store in their area without luck, especially in Victoria and New South Wales.
This means that many looking for a console in the busy Christmas period may just have go without. New stocks of the console aren't expected until about early January.
While this is good news for Nintendo in some ways, despite their assurances leading up to the Wii release - there is a definite shortage of systems now occurring.
