The game sure looks like its coming along nicely. Its confirmed to have Dobly digital on PS2 and GC:

"PS2 and GC have passed and we expect no problems for XBox to get it too. We're not 100% sure at the moment if we are supporting Dolby 5.1 on PC, we'll have to wait and see.

We also have some screens of the colourfull menu interface for you to feast your eyes on. The demo is going to come out soon, should definetly be worth a look.
