Xbox Live 3.0 July/August?

In the recent Rainbow Six 3:Black Arrow announcement, it said it will be one of the first games to take advantage of Xbox Live 3.0 features. The game to be released in August then would put the updates possibly July/August. New features according to the announcement will include user-created tournaments, messenging and clan statistics.

Sounds good, should add freshness to the live service.
