Zoo Corporation has rights to publish CDV games

Japan – Zoo Corporation and CDV Software Entertainment AG have signed a license agreement for five new CDV games.

Under the agreement, Zoo Corporation has been granted the right to publish the CDV titles: American Conquest: Fight Back™, No Man’s Land™, Breed™, Cossacks II™ and Codename: Panzers™ next year in Japan. CDV and Zoo have been successful licensing partners since 2000 when Zoo published its first CDV title Sudden Strike™. Since then other best-selling titles have included Sudden Strike II™, Cossacks™, American Conquest™ and, most recently, Blitzkrieg™.

Shusuke Fujii, VP Sales of Zoo, stated: "We are very excited to sign five great games from CDV for 2004 and plan to make them best-selling titles as we did with Sudden Strike and Cossacks in the past."

Andreas Jaeger, Sales Director of CDV, agreed: "We are very pleased to continue our long-lasting partnership, with a great product line-up for 2004. In Zoo, CDV has found a competent partner that is able to market CDV’s' products in the Japanese market with great success"
